This is focused on behaviour and helping people to help themselves and become more successful in their sales roles. We compliment this with practical solutions which are results orientated.
This can be done using a combination of face to face and remote services and has been particularly successful in the past with newly appointed Managers and Supervisors who either wish to improve their own performance or the performance of their teams.
