We can provide a dedicated CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system for your sales and marketing actitivies holding all the detail you need to get the most out of your telemarketing and marketing campaigns and activities.

 

This is useful in so many ways including reporting and analysis, the ability to see emails sent by other people, prioritising and allocating activities and keeping on top of marketing diary actions to ensure things such as telemarketing call backs at particular dates and time are performed at that time.

 

The system that we use is free for up to three users with a built in email facility, and we only charge a set up fee based on our hourly rate. This web based system, customised to suit your marketing needs is then free for you to use at the end of a telesales or telemarketing campaign to continue managing your sales pipeline after you have used us.

 

Using this web based system during a campaign gives you access to real time telemarketing information and marketing reports and it facilitates better working between you and us rather than relying on emails with attachments!

 

We are happy to set this up either as part of a telemarketing campaign or we are equally as happy to take your data (yes, even if it is stored in various paper formats in shoe boxes or similar!) and construct a CRM database with custom fields to suit your business needs and support sales and marketing activity.
